SAGE School Improvement

For the 2008-2009 school year, the Nevada Department of Education will be piloting a new School Improvement Plan template with a sampling of districts throughout the state.

• If you are a principal or facilitator NOT at one of the SAGE pilot sites you are to use the same template that you used in 2007-2008 and submit via disk to the Department on or before December 15, 2008.

** Data Tables are for use by schools not in Clark, Washoe, or Western Region RPDP.

• If you are a principal or facilitator in one of the SAGE pilot sites, you will need to write, submit and monitor your school improvement plan directly online (login required)
